I am on the search for a detail-oriented housekeeper, with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization, to help maintain the order and cleanliness of our busy family home. The vacancy becomes available immediately, and the housekeeper will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure our home remains clean, tidy and welcoming at all times. On a full-time or part-time basis, the housekeeper will be expected to clean the interior of the home and immediate external areas. They should notably meet expectations regarding kitchen cleanliness, including dishes, the fridge’s inside and outside, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters and floors. Other responsibilities will also comprise laundry tasks, involving the washing and drying of our clothing and household items. Grocery shopping and running other household errands may be part of your routine as well. A significant part of your duties will also be to receive and serve our guests. Additionally, you will need to maintain our pantry, and routinely clear out-of-date and spoiled items. Apart from that, the housekeeper will be responsible for bed making and linen changing. Outside of usual daily tasks, there will be the occasional requirement to clean outside of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher, as well as carry out some ironing tasks. Watching kids briefly may be required and keeping kids entertained with activities may be required. The work schedule will be primarily focused between 12pm to 6pm from Monday to Friday, as well as 12-6pm on Sunday. Weekly working hours will range from 30 to 40 hours. The housekeeper is not required to have a driver's license and will not need to use an automobile for work purposes.
