The ideal candidate must have experience in cleaning all areas of the home, including the kitchen and bathrooms. My mom needs help with housekeeping and chores. Once a week or twice a month would be good just to maintain the house . Weekly tasks would include light duties such as washing dishes, laundry and folding clothes, sweep and mop, vacuum and maintain the washroom. Remove garbage and clean the Fridge if needed. Detailed kitchen and bathrooms can be done once a month but light duties can be carried out once a week to maintain the cleanliness. If additional tasks need to be added it can always be discussed and negotiated .
