I am returning to work early for a amazing job opportunity. I am excited and heartbroken... I am so sad to leave my baby. I am looking for someone who will be the next best thing when I am not there. My husband works from home and will be with our baby half of the day, but we need someone to be with her for 3 or 4 hours so that he can have time to work and study. He will be at home while the nanny is there :-) I practice attachment parenting. I wear my baby during the day in a wrap or a sling and she accompanies me in this way while I do some chores, go walking, etc. I follow the Montessori method with her: I let her explore the world at her own pace and rhythm providing her the space to do so safely. I believe my baby cries or whines to communicate her needs. There is no "crying it out" ever; not for nap times or any other reason. I would like the person caring for her to be with her we I am with her.

We are Léonie and Zéchiel and had the great joy of becoming the parents of Gaspard nine months ago! As our joyful son is growing older and bigger, we're looking for help in taking care of him and managing daily tasks around the house to bring a bit of balance to everyone's life. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can come to our house in Sainte-Julie twice a week for the entire day, willing to handle the following tasks : - Taking care of our son, playing with him, reading him stories, feeding him, and changing his diapers. - Keeping the house tidy, while either Léonie or Zéchiel are engaged with Gaspard. - Cooking meals. - General help around the house. My son is 7 and he is on the spectrum of autism. He is non verbal, but communicates well witg pictographs. I dont go out much at all, i would be looking for someone who could watch him in the afternoons. He is very autonomous so there wont be too much to do. I've always been nervous to find a sitter, but i am a single mom & work full time. I genuinely could use the help. My son is very sweet & lovable, watching him while he's home is not much of a hassle.

We are looking for someone available 3 to 4 days a week for the month of July and August. We have 3 litlle girls and I am looking for someone who is willing to give about 15 to 30 hours a week to help out with the newborn and household tasks. The 2 oldest girls are in daycare but there is a 3 week period in the summer that they are home and I would need help around 30 to 35 hours a week. Must be comfortable with newborn. The girls are 1 month, 18 months and 5 yo. Schedule can be flexible from week to week as I will be on maternity leave and work from home most of the time. The household is bilingual, english and french. However, the kids only speak french and very little english. We do not mind having a caregiver that only speaks in english. We are a bilingual family living in Saint Bruno. Both my husband and I have demanding jobs and have decided we need more help, in order to give the grand-parents a break! We're looking for someone to help us with cooking dinner (basic things, we aren't fancy eaters, but very health conscious), occasionally pick up the kids, and/or be at home when they arrive and serve them dinner. In the afternoon, light house work like the kid's laundry and cleaning up the kitchen would be appreciated, but we already have a weekly cleaning service. When either myself or my husband travels, then we will need extra help, especially picking up the kids from school and helping with childcare and meal-prep. We look forward to meeting you :) Salut ! Mon mari et moi avons des emplois exigeants et avons décidé que nous avons besoin d'aide supplémentaire afin de permettre aux grands-parents de prendre un peu de repos ! Nous cherchons quelqu'un pour nous aider à préparer le dîner (des plats simples, nous ne sommes pas des gourmets, mais très soucieux de notre santé), occasionnellement aller chercher les enfants, et/ou être à la maison quand ils rentrent et leur servir le dîner. Dans l'après-midi, nous apprécierions un peu d'aide pour les tâches ménagères légères comme la lessive des enfants et le nettoyage de la cuisine, mais nous avons déjà un service de nettoyage hebdomadaire. Lorsque moi ou mon mari sommes en déplacement, nous aurons besoin d'aide supplémentaire, notamment pour aller chercher les enfants à l'école et pour aider avec la garde d'enfants et la préparation des repas. Nous sommes impatients de vous rencontrer :)
