We are two shift-working parents who need assistance with after-school pick-up, occasional school activities, dinner, and bedtime routine. I am currently seeking someone to start approximately in December or early 2024. At present, I am unsure if I need a part-time or full-time service, as I am yet to confirm my schedule, and I am waiting for a start date. The nanny might also be needed on an on-call basis. However, if their service is not required, they could out help with some other housework on a monthly basis. At the moment no overnights are needed but this maybe a thing for the future to discuss depending on out shift work schedules.
