I am a parent seeking assistance with the morning routines of my three children, two of which require special attention due to ADHD and FAS. I am seeking a nanny who can handle these gentle souls with patience, love, and understanding. This part-time role entails getting the children up by 8am, assisting them in getting ready for school, including dressing, having breakfast, taking their medication and vitamins. Additionally, their packed lunches need to be placed in their backpacks. The job requires a slight variation in terms of dropping off my children to school. The school of my youngest child, aged 9, who starts his day at 8:50am, is located just a block away from our home, while the school of the eldest one, aged 11, is approximately five blocks away, starting at 9am. You would need to drive them to school, and thus, having a driver's license is mandatory. We can provide a family car for this purpose. The work schedule is flexible and would be arranged according to the days my husband works out of town, approximately 10 days per month. We offer a monthly flat rate for this part-time position, ensuring payment even if some days you don't need to work. Aside from these responsibilities, I am willing to pay extra for help with dinner preparation and light cleaning after dropping the children off at school. Preference will be given to candidates who are comfortable with this setup and can start from the 27th of February, 2024. Your work week will be less than 20 hours, consisting of early morning hours from Monday to Friday. I am looking for someone who can ensure the well-being of my children during those precious morning hours and bring some order to our morning chaos. We don't require live-in help as this is a live-out position.
