We're seeking a mix of household support and assistance with child care. We have two daughters aged 2 and 4. They are enrolled in daycare and school full time and arrive home around 4pm. We're looking for assistance with the following activities prior to the kids coming home: 1. Undertake light housekeeping duties related to the children, including loading and unloading the dishwasher, to keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized. 2. Handle the laundry duties for the children’s clothing and bedding, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away items in their respective places. 3. Perform daily cleanup of the children’s lunchboxes, cups/water bottles, dinner dishes and snack containers after school, ensuring all items are properly washed and ready for use the next day. 4. Preparing packed daycare and school lunches according to a menu established in advance for the night before (typically cut deli-meat, cut fruit, cut cheese and yogurt). 5. Prepare simple dinners with a plan prepared in advance (such as homemade French fries, beef burgers cooked on stove, rice and egg, gluten free noodles with butter). When the kids are home, assisting them with dinner and playing with them before bed. We're looking for a care provider to assist between 20 and 30 hours a week. Seeking assistance for several months or up to a year+. We're expecting our 3rd child in September and the scope of responsibilities and hours could potentially be extended. One potential schedule that could work is coming by our home early afternoon (2pm) and finish by 6pm Monday through Friday.
