We are currently seeking a compassionate and energetic Weekend Nanny to provide care for our 2.5-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will be a nurturing individual with a passion for child development and a creative flair for engaging young minds. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys arts and crafts, imaginative play, and providing a supportive and playful environment for a toddler. Key Responsibilities: Child Engagement: Engage our daughter with activities that encourage creativity and learning, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and play-based learning. Safety and Well-being: Ensure a safe environment, closely monitoring the child for safety, and attending to her needs with a caring and attentive approach. Meal Times: Assist with meal and snack times. Requirements: Previous experience in childcare or nanny positions, particularly with toddlers or young children. A strong understanding of child development and a proactive approach to engaging children in activities that support their growth. Ability to create and execute age-appropriate activities that stimulate the child’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with parents to ensure the child’s needs are met. We (parents) will be home during the shifts.
