We are a private family actively seeking a part-time nanny to assist us in caring for our two active children aged 8 and 11 years. We require your service on occasional weekends, typically from 9:30am to 5:00pm. However, opportunities to work additional days during the week may also crop up from time to time. The preferred start date is 18.11.2023. You will primarily be responsible for engaging with the children and supervising them during daily activities. This may involve helping them get dressed if needed, preparing their meals, assisting them with school work, and even taking them to their sports activities. We need someone who genuinely enjoys socializing with children and doesn't shy from literacy-promoting activities like reading, writing, games, puzzles, etc. We are also seeking someone who is comfortable with light housekeeping tasks. A significant part of your job will be to ensure our children's environment is clean and orderly. A strong sense of hygiene and organization will go a long way in this role. The position is a live-out one, and a crucial requirement is for you to be a licensed driver. You are required to use your own car for transporting the kids to their sports activities or any other places they need to go. We anticipate that you will be working about 20 to 30 hours weekly. As it is a part-time position, flexibility in terms of hours you can cover will definitely be an advantage.
