Our Family My son (Kai, 2.5 years) and I moved to Shawnigan Lake this past August. Kai is now settling into his daycare nicely, but we are still looking for babysitting support every Thursday evening (from 6 - 10 p.m) as well as occasional babysitting support depending on availability. Your Role and Responsibilities As our nanny, you will be in sole charge of our 2,5 year old boy (Kai). We highly value a care provider who is reliable, energetic, kind, patient, caring, and compassionate, and who has a genuine interest in children. A good sense of humour also goes a long way ! We are a nurturing and peaceful family who loves music, arts and crafts, and time spent in nature. We are still open to seeking a longer-term (possibly live-in) placement, but in the interim, we are looking for a part-time and flexible helping hand.
