We are looking for extra support around the house. My partner works from home but our business is expanding and will require us to be hands-on out of the home. Before that happens we’d like to get our children adjusted to someone who they feel comfortable with when this change happens and becomes more consistent in the future. We are homeschool parents but this won’t be a necessity to help out with. We do most of our school work in the afternoon and a tutor comes a few days a week during the regular school months. Only our oldest daughter is of school age. About our kids. We have a daughter who is 7 -into fashion, anything art, science & music/dancing. -fast talker and even faster learner -needs structured guidance -will be starting gymnastics as well as guitar in the fall -very sweet big girl with a big heart so anticipate a lot of art to take home Another daughter who is 3 -sweet little soul who enjoys solo play -loves everything peppa, bluey and imagination play like tea parties & shopping -very soft spoken and sensitive. -slight sensory dislikes but she’s very open about what she likes and doesn’t like. -hardest to warm up to strangers -very sneaky lol but a total mood always And our son is 2 -a boy in every way. -energizer bunny with the sweetest voice -the sole reason theirs locks on everything in our house -listens and communicates above average -enjoys structure and likes things a certain way -life of the party who loves Spider-Man and paw patrol We have one dog and two cats. A female Doberman. She’s one and very sweet. People do find her intimidating but they love our kids and our cats and that’s all they’ve known since we got her at 8 weeks. Our cats lol ones hairless and ones a black shorthair. They are both girls and the only issue is they trying to steal the kids food aside from that they do their own thing. Job details. -We need someone who is willing to take charge of activities. -someone who feels comfortable going from activity to activity to keep our kids engaged and creating new things for them to do & try. Crafts & experiments ( we will cover supplies) -someone who enjoys learning & answering normal kid curiosity -someone who can confidently be firm but in a gentle way to be able to maintain structure -someone who is comfortable to utilize downtimes to clean and maintain the kids areas. -someone who feels comfortable going to the park or in the backyard to play rain or shine. We firmly believe air and nature is integral to childhood development - also seeing the movie encanto will put u at a huge advantage with my kids lol we really want someone who would genuinely see themselves enjoying this position for the long term. We have made our entire lives about our kids with zero breaks. But now we are realizing our kids are a bit bigger it can allow us some time to ourselves to take moments to relax and reset. And finally, get to some of the things we’ve been putting off. We can guarantee 24 hrs a week with the opportunity for more. I’m a mobile hairstylist as well as doing hair from home sporadically during the week but I work in a salon Friday Saturday Sunday. Summer is my busiest time of the year for weddings and I’m hoping I can find someone with a flexible schedule Monday -Thursday and dedicated to Friday Saturday Sunday We are younger parents so we aren’t fully out of touch with social media lol. We just want to make it clear that our kids are a full-focus gig. So we strongly discourage social media during work hours.
