I work shift work and my husband just got a job that may interfere with mine with childcare. When our schedules clash, we will need someone to look after our son. It could be a night shift or day shift. We would plan in advance and let you know what days that month we would need you. Some weeks it may only be 1 day and others it may be 2-3. It all just depends on our schedules.
