My son is 15 and I work shift work. I need help with caring for him bi-monthly while I am away working. Getting him up for school in the morning and making sure he’s on the bus or driving him to school. Having a snack ready for him and a meal in the evenings. Help with homework and light house keeping. This is on a 14 day rotation. I will need someone for 14 days of the month. During the summer I am away a lot, guiding. A summer schedule is negotiable. What is important is that my son feels relaxed, happy and supported.
