we are seeking a fun, reliable, and trustworthy nanny for our two kids who will be 1 & 2.5 in September 2024. This position would start in September 2024 when I return to work. My partner works from home so there will always be extra help available in case of emergency. Responsibilities would include planning kid friendly activities, walks in the neighbourhood, outdoor play in our backyard, and preparing/cleaning up lunch. We will provide funds for any activities you plan/think the kids will enjoy. Our home is set up like a home daycare so there is no shortage of things to do and books to read. Paid vacation and sick days are included. We also have two wonderful medium size dogs who only require pets and to be let out in the backyard occasionally. The dogs love playing with our kids and all people so someone who is an animal lover is a must. Offering: -Part time hours Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm -10 paid sick days -Paid time off during Christmas holidays (2weeks), March Break (1 week), and all Stat Holidays (Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Family Day, Good Friday, and Easter Monday) -Contract from August 25, 2024 -June 30, 2025 Experience with children in this age range is an asset. Must have a clear vulnerable sector check and references.
