Qualifications and requirements include: - Planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. - Experience in childcare. - Training in first aid and CPR. - Preparation of meals for children and family. - Help with basic household tasks (housekeeping, laundry, etc.). - Help with homework. - Preparing and accompanying children to school and after-school care. Desired Profile: - Knowledge of English or French - Ability to demonstrate initiative and know-how - Patient and sensitive to the needs of others - Responsible and autonomous person. - Possess a driver's license (an asset) - Good organizational skills - Ability to be diplomatic and empathetic - Ability to cook Persian meals - Be punctual and reliable Hours of Work: Your normal hours of work will be 40 hours per week, depending on your parents' work and study schedule. You will get two days off a week depending on the employer’s schedule. Overtime: The Overtime Pay Rate will be 1.5 times your hourly wage after 40 hours of work per week, or $21.37/hour. There may be times when you are required to work overtime. Vacation - You will be entitled to 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, which is the equivalent of 4% of annual salary depending on years of service.
