We have one daughter and she is now almost 3 years old. We are a separated family now and in need of childcare more than before. I work some weekends away as well as weekdays in town and sometimes when I’m town I will be working IN home. I currently only have my daughter 50% of the time. The mother works weekend evenings in town and also sometimes works out of town. Even with the separation, we do not want things to change for our little girl so there will be times where you will be needed to care for our daughter in 2 separate homes. We just want things to be familiar for her, so sticking to one nanny is important to me.
