My partner and I are both 12 hour shift workers. We would need someone with flexible availability. Some days we may require babysitting from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, and other times, we may require babysitting from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are looking for someone who is able to cook nutritious meals (most of which we will have prepared for our daughter), someone who can teach and play with her throughout the day, take her to the park, engage her, put her down for scheduled nap times, and carry out bedtime routine (reading, putting her into her swaddle, and in her crib).
