I am a pilot with a changing schedule every month, needing care for about two weeks of the month for my 2.5 year old. I find my schedule in advance of the month and am looking for someone who is willing to sometimes be on call during those two weeks (paid), and sometimes have scheduled shifts. Not many overnights, but maybe the odd one.
