I am looking for a caregiver for my 4 years old son. We would like this person to have a good foundation and knowledge about the Montessori approach, guiding the child in activities that will serve a purpose in life and give him the basic foundation for more complex problem-solving skills. Ideally, this person should come with her Montessori materials. This person needs to speak English fluently, have her own car (as we live on the East side of Montreal) and assist him for approximately 3 hours per day, 2 or 3 days a week.
