Ideally I would like to start with 2-3 hours once a week or on ad-hoc as needed basis and if we get along- we can make it a permanent arrangement as mentioned below. Early morning start on Mondays- 6.45 am. End - 6 pm. rest of the week is flexible, baby takes two naps (1.5- 2 hours) daily, feeds 4 times solids, takes bath at 5.30. Mother works in Toronto- needs more support on Mondays when she has to go into work. rest of the week days- support needed only from 12 pm to 4 pm. nice to have- French bilingual baby car seat / can drive my car to take baby to appointments / activities if needed
