We are looking for a diamond to join our family. We have 2 small girls, one in kindergarten and 3 year old (soon to be 4 in January). I work shift work that flips days and night shifts and my husband works shift work away from the house hold 14 days away and then home for 14 days. We need someone that has a drivers license to drop off and pick up from school (if this is a deal breaker for a perfect family match we will move her to bussing to be walked). We do also have an older child with intellectual disabilities in the home, he does keep to himself and does not require your care. There are also 2 dogs in the home (1 larger golden doodle and one small yorkie), and 1 budgie bird. while working we require long days. I work 12 hour shifts and I am gone from the home for approx 13.5 hours each shift. it would be 3 days shifts then you would have 14 days off then 3 nights. There would be a few pick up days for a date night or if I get called in for additional shifts. My shift can be altered every February so that can also lead to increase hours of need for the care. We are a very easy going family and looking for someone who can be there and want to play games with the girls, build forts, play doh. outside play in nice weather. Feeding the girls for meals that are required when I am away and just general tidying up of the house.
