I'm starting to look for a nanny for September 2021. Our little guy will be 9 months old by then. Super happy and chill baby (I'm sure everyone says that, but he really is! haha) Our current nanny is going back to school so we could either work something out a few days a week if that's all you needed and keep her on or just go with you for about 20-25 hours a week. I run my own business and work from home currently but have a studio separate from our home so you'd still have your own space with our little guy a lot of the time. My husband's schedule changes from week to week. We live in St.Catharines. We're hoping to find someone who has a bit of flexibility as our weeks are always a bit up in the air, but we understand you also need consistency so we'd work to find something that works all around.
