We are seeking a dedicated, patient and responsibly attentive nanny to join our household on a full time basis. This amazing opportunity calls for individuals who are committed to creating a nurturing environment for our child. The role is live-in, with shelter and food provided. Car access will also be a part of the package but a driver's license is not mandatory. As a part of your primary responsibilities, you will be tasked with light housekeeping duties such as keeping the kitchen tidy, doing the children's and family's laundry and cleaning the house. The role also includes running errands and grocery shopping, so good time management skills would be beneficial. Meal preparation for kids is a crucial part of this role. The candidate should have an understanding of, and ability to adhere to special dietary rules (vegetarian, kosher, lactose intolerant etc.). Ironing children's clothes, organizing, and planning events are likewise integral to the role. The working hours are greater than 50 hours per week, with duties required from mornings to evenings Monday through Saturday. We have one child, aged over 10 years who will be the focus of your care. The ideal candidate would be resourceful and able to take initiative, providing care with minimal guidance once comfortable within the role.
