In search of a live-in nanny, I find myself with two available options for our potential arrangement. One such option is that the nanny is required only as a part-time role, catering to my kids' needs on an alternating weekly basis from Monday through Friday. The other alternative is to have a full time, live-in nanny. With this arrangement, I will still have my kids on alternating weeks, but on the weeks when they aren't with me, I would require help in different areas.
