I work 3 on call shifts a week which require me to be available for 24 hours at a time. I need 72 hours a week of potential coverage but the biggest part will be overnight. I seek at least 16 hours per 24 hour shift of coverage as I am on call 3 days a week. I have a room you can stay in overnight. The kids may require daycare pickup or drop off and if it's a weekend and I am on call they may need a full 24 hours of care but we can talk about availability. My call shifts may not always be the same 3 days a week but again I can try and make this more consistent. My kids are age 4 and 11 and are amazing, no dietary restrictions and no behaviour issues. I can pay flat rate for 24 hours or hourly if overnight is not required. This job may be as short term as 3 months or as long as 6-12 months.
