We are searching for an experienced child care provider for our 3 girls (ages 1, 3 and 6) with an unconventional schedule. I am a nurse with a rotating schedule, so care requirements would fluctuate from week to week with approximately 10 days of care required per month. (You would work Monday to Friday only, with shifts known a minimum 6 weeks in advance). Scheduling can be discussed further if you would like a minimum guarantee for hours - we know a rotating schedule is difficult so we are willing to work with you to find the best fit. We are willing to consider a care provider in their own (registered) home or in ours. With that said, we are a busy family so if coming to our home, a drivers license/own transportation is a must, and the best candidate would also be willing to take the younger girls to programming in the community. Some meal prep would be required (particularly on days the kids have evening activities and need to eat earlier than usual). Our home is pet friendly with one cat and one dog. Some basic pet care would also be expected (e.g. walking dog when walking with kids etc) Please reach out if you feel that this may be a good fit for you.
