Looking for a live-in nanny in West Kelowna. Wage and hours negotiable depending on experience, preferred duties, etc. P/T-F/T available, depending on duties. Willing to sponsor the right candidate provided they can start work within a few months. Three kiddos: 7 yo in elementary school (ASD), 2.5 yo starting preschool in September, and 1 year old. Ideal candidate is wonderful with children — ECE experience would be ideal- this candidate would be proficient in healthy food prep, potty training, experiential learning, nature/outdoor play, emotion management, first aid, etc. Candidate must be engaging, organized and capable of safely and cheerfully taking care of two young toddlers at once, in a busy entrepreneurial household. I am looking for a well-rounded, reliable, professional who strives in a busy environment with lots to tackle, and who has a self-initiative attitude to constantly improve their surroundings and make life better for those around them. Hire must prioritize cleanliness, having an active and positive attitude, and most importantly become part of the family, caring for our kids and home as well as they would their own.
