We are seeking a nanny who is caring and present, who is happy to spend time outside (our son loves to be outside!) and reading and playing with our son. We just want the right person who will be present with our son and give him their full attention during their time together. He has a super sweet spirit and temperament and is a joy to spend time with (though we are biased...) A bit about us: We work from home and will be in our office. We are definitely accessible if we are ever needed and it is our parenting style to be as mindful as we can of our son's needs/emotions and although we try to foster free-play and independence in our son we also are always there to attend to him if needed or if the nanny has any questions/concerns. We have biblical values and would love to find a nanny who believes similarly and will foster a Godly atmosphere. We are very friendly and believe in good communication. We have some flexibility with scheduling but are hoping for 3 hours/day, Mon-Fri. Start date is January 29th but we would like to do some shifts before then to make sure it is a good fit.
