College Graduate; I consider myself an avid learner and love being around children. Their innocence really intrigues me. I love watching them learn and grow. I have a great deal of patience and I practice positive reinforcement/ discipline at home with my own two kids. I really think it's important for children to have a consistent routine everyday.
