I am honest, kind, generous, and very strong. Strong mentally and physically. I lead by example and love teaching. I am new to Calgary and would love to keep my daughter with me is why I am interested in taking care of other children. I am the oldest of 4 brothers and one sister growing up so it was always in my nature to take of others. A little background about me is I grew up in a small Northern Albertan Town. I played a lot of sports growing up and travelled all over Canada. I graduated at 18 and then took off to work in camps. Made my way up to 1st cook and was running my own kitchens at age 21. I did this for almost 15 years. For the last 5 years I worked for the homeless shelter in Grande Prairie, AB. I would cook 200 meals a day by myself and deliver to the shelter. I have also volunteered at my hometown Spca for 12 years. I have a college diploma for Hospitality Management and would love to gather more higher education. Everything I do my daughter does so I am very careful and thoughtful with what I do. We like to dance and walk for most of our physical activity. I have her do a lot of puzzles everyday, anything that stimulates her brain. We color, we sing, and we read a lot of books. She helps me clean and prep for suppers. She’s the only child so I have made sure she is safe and secure so she is comfortable to play by herself and use her imagination. I am confident in entering this part of my life and gaining more experience with children. I look forward to finding a family that will believe in me. I will take care of your child/children like they are my own. I will make sure you have a clean home to come back to and everything you asked for and need will be done. I will not let you down.

I don’t have any previous experience in being a Nanny but I am confident in caring for any human no matter the age. I have worked for the homeless shelter, seniors living and spca . I had my daughter at age 37 and started going to school online. I am looking for part time work and I thought of childcare. I have my First Aid and am overall a very competent, honest, reliable and strong human being. I have a reliable vehicle. I would also hope I could include my daughter in watching over your children.
