Hello, I am Maria, a 24-year-old childcare provider living in Charlottetown. After moving here over a year ago, I have been pursuing my passion for biology at UPEI. With two years of childcare experience, I have had the pleasure of working with children ranging from newborns all the way to 9-year-olds. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time and capable enough to meet your child's needs. Whether it is adhering to special dietary rules, light housekeeping, or cooking, I am up to the task. My love for animals also comes in handy when it comes to pet care, and I can offer assistance with family laundry or other household chores. I enjoy assisting with homework too, especially in subjects like chemistry and biology, I would love to help with any art projects and even math. As I will be taking part-time classes next semester, I am open to a full-time or part-time position as a nanny, babysitter, or nanny/housekeeper. I am well equipped to work on days from Tuesday to Sunday, during mornings, mid-days, and evenings. I can assure you that my work ethic is one of a kind. I previously served at Delta, a role that equipped me with a food safety certificate and alcohol beverage certificate.
