Hi, I'm Sharmaine from Philippines and I'm currently residing here in British Columbia, Canada as a temporary resident. I am compassionate, understanding, honest and trustworthy. I am organized and and observe time management. I love interacting with other people and enjoys indoor and outdoor activities. I have 3 years experience in child care and a s a house manager, I also have experience taking care of an individual with special needs. I have attended training in Caregiving for elderly, child care, and for individuals with special needs. I also studied Social Work in Philippines and worked as a social worker for two years in a private organization and three years in a government agency.

I worked as a child caregiver and house manager at the same time for a family of 6 in the Philippines. Children were aged 11, 10, 5, and 6 months old baby. Before the day starts, I needed to make sure their school uniforms are prepared and children were guided with their homeworks. I start the day by preparing nutritious breakfast of the household, preparing the kids getting ready for school. After that, I organize the kitchen, bedroom, living room, and washrooms as well as the garden. I also purchase needed supplies and grocery and make sure that house bills are paid on time. This was a great experience and developed my skills in time management, flexibility and being reliable.
