I have a Bachelor Degree in Behavioural Science. I have worked with children, if all ages and abilities for many years on and off since I was 15. Since moving to Guelph I did respite working with children with behavioural challenges and accompanied the children to summer camps and assisted the mom and dad at home with daily routines. In my free time I enjoy spending time outside, painting, building Lego, reading and cooking. I consider myself to be a responsible individual, and enjoying spending time with people; learning new things and making new connections.

I have a four year bachelor degree in Behavioural science which provided me with extensive knowledge regarding children of typical and atypical functions. During my time in school I did a 5 month placement at a centre teaching children with Autism. I interacted with about 15 different children with an age range of 2-12. Two years ago I nannied in Alberta for a family with a 12 year old daughter with Williams syndrome. In high school I nannied 3 summers in a row for a family with two children. During Covid, I found a position in Etobicoke through this website. I nannied for a family of four, with both parents being doctors. I dropped the children at school/ daycare and then cleaned/ meal prepped throughout the day. Picked the children up, got them fed and clean and ready to bed and went home. Currently, I work at a local community program with those living with mental health and housing instability. I have a lot of both practical and theoretical knowledge in regards to children and their development. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: Cpr and first aid training, crisis training, boundaries training, all vaccines. I love music, art and the outdoors. I speak spanish as a second language.
