Hello, My name is Laurie , I am a 48 year old mother of 4 wonderful children. their ages range from 15- 23 years old. I have been married for 24 wonderful years. I have been truly blessed to have been able to be a stay at home mom all these years. I have worked part time as a hairdresser, and other odd jobs, but now that my children are older I am looking for a more stable and regularly scheduled job. I have enjoyed every minute of being home with my children, so I thought why not help another family by caring for their children. I know as a parent it is not always easy to leave your children in the care of another, but I assure you I am an honest, caring and trustworthy person, and know first hand the joys and challenges of caring for children. I stay active by following my kids to their sporting events, and love taking long walks with my husband. I also love interior decorating, and I am quite good at painting and adding that decorative touch to a room.

I have first hand experience with childcare since I myself am a mother. I have been through all the stages of raising a child from newborn up until young adult. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: My CPR training is out of date, but would be happy to take another course.
