I’m originally from Zimbabwe, and currently, I stay with my parents and sister, although they are back in Zimbabwe at the moment. I have a strong passion for reading novels and often spend my free time engrossed in a good book. I also enjoy taking long walks, which not only keeps me active but allows me to appreciate the beauty of nature. One of my standout qualities is my social nature. I thrive on interaction and connecting with others. This trait has led me to become an active member of the TRUSU ESAC (Thompson Rivers University Students’ Union Equity and Social Justice Committee) advisory committee, where I engage in discussions and initiatives aimed at promoting equity and social justice on campus. Additionally, I’m a volunteer ambassador for the Guard.me health program, where I have the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of international students by providing support and guidance on healthcare-related matters. My diverse experiences, combined with my friendly and approachable demeanor, make me an appealing candidate to potential employers. I’m passionate about making a positive impact within my community and fostering meaningful connections with others.

As a babysitter, I have experience caring for children of various ages, including my 3-year-old sister.
