Hello! My name is Emily. I’ve been babysitting ever since I was 12 (when I took a babysitting training course. Over the years I’ve babysat infants to teenagers… But prefer infant to toddler age. I will always try to clean up any messes made during or before time spent at the house, as well as incorporate any family norms in the schedule (such as reading books before bed, or bedtime snacks, or singing lullaby’s). I’ve had two steady families, that I’ve been working for over the years… But now that I’ve moved away for university, I’m looking for a new family to help out, so I can make a bit of extra money for schooling. For the past year or so, I’ve been working as a lifeguard and swim instructor, which has helped me with communicating and having fun with kids. I would describe myself as being creative, having first aid experience, not too strict but enforces rules, responsible. I hope to hear from you soon!
