I am the second-born and only daughter of my parents' three children. I grew up in a very active and loving family; I am very close with both of my parents as well as both of my brothers. I grew up playing hockey, soccer, softball, volleyball, and basketball alongside participating in various arts programs throughout my youth. I moved away from home at age 15 to pursue hockey and have lived almost completely independently for the past 5 years, so I am very much able to take care of myself and others. I enjoy watching sports, reading, going hiking, or on other outdoor adventures. I have been working with children since I was 12 and since then I have learned many useful skills and further developed many personal characteristics that help me when dealing with youth such as patience, kindness, empathy, creativity, and proper communication.

I have been working with children since I was around 12 years old. My experiences ranges from babysitting to coaching youth teams to being a full-time program lead at a daycare in my hometown of Terrace, British Columbia. The majority of my experience is with preschool and school-aged children but have worked plenty with infants and toddlers as well. My most recent experience was as a team lead for a summer program where my job was to maintain and educate a class of 25 children between the ages of 5 and 9.
