Hello and greetings to you all! My name is Andi and I am absolutely thrilled to introduce myself to you. Throughout my entire career, and indeed for much of my life, I have been fueled by a deep and abiding passion for child care. It's an area I've dedicated a considerable amount of time and energy to and I am proud to have spent many fulfilling years working full-time within the child care industry. During this time, I have had the chance to take on a variety of rewarding roles that have allowed me to gain a wealth of hands-on experience and to truly immerse myself in this field. In the past, I carried out the duties of a Camp Counsellor and even served as the Assistant Camp Director. More recently, however, I have transitioned into a dynamic role with the reputable and esteemed organization, Disney Cruise Line. Working as a Youth Activities/Nursery Counsellor for Disney Cruise Line not only enables me to work with an excellent team of like-minded professionals but has also afforded me the opportunity to fruitfully engage and interact with children of varying age groups - as young as 6 months old, and all the way up to the age of 17 years. What makes my professional journey even more rewarding is my extensive experience and broad understanding of how to effectively engage with and support children who have additional needs. An area that I determinedly sought to accumulate expertise in, as I truly believe in the importance of inclusivity. My love and enthusiasm in my career of working with children know no bounds. There's something incredibly satisfying, indeed joyous in being able to contribute positively to the growth and personal development of children. In conclusion, I sincerely hope that I will have the pleasure and the privilege of sharing this deep-seated passion and avid eagerness with you. It's my firm belief that every role I have taken within child care, every moment spent in supporting children, only serves to further fuel my love for what I do and I look greatly forward to continuing this journey.
