My name is Brittany. I am a kindergarten teacher who has worked with babies, children, and youth in a variety of settings including childminding, babysitting/nannying, summer camp leading, babysitting course teaching and much more. I have been teaching Reggio-inspired for 8 years including teaching through a sense of wonder, participating in outdoor nature exploration, and focusing on child-centred activities. I am looking for part-time daytime work where your child could join me and my daughter (11 months old) for walks, reading, singing, and learning about the world around us. This would function similar to a nanny share and your child is welcome to join us at our home. We have a lovely play space with lots of educational toys and 5 minutes away from 2 playgrounds. We are also happy to come to you if this makes more sense! I am available from now until I head back to work and setup my classroom for September.
