I come from an Indian Brahmin family, raised in a close-knit household of four; my parents and two siblings. Growing up, I was surrounded by a large extended family, including my aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. My family has always been a great source of support, providing me with unconditional love and invaluable life lessons. I am thankful for the values my family has instilled in me which I bring to my work every day. I feel that my background in a close family is the perfect foundation for this.
I have extensive experience in taking care of children from newborns to 12 years old. I have taken care of my cousins and nieces and nephews back in India for the past five years. During this time, I have developed a great understanding of the needs of different age groups and how best to meet them.
I am an expert at creating fun activities appropriate for different age groups and can ensure that children get the nutrition, rest, exercise and stimulation that they need. I am very patient and loving and take great joy in helping children learn and grow.
I am experienced in changing diapers, bottle feeding, teaching children to use the toilet, and helping them develop skills such as reading, writing, and problem-solving. I am also experienced in teaching children about personal hygiene and etiquette.
I am also adept at providing emotional support and positive reinforcement to children. I am also able to develop positive relationships with parents, and I understand the importance of open communication between parents and caregivers.
Overall, I am confident that I can provide children with the care, attention, and support that they need.
