Hello, I'm Madison, a seasoned caregiver from Moncton. I first embarked on my childcare journey at the age of 11, by babysitting within my local community. This experience eventually blossomed into a professional role when I embraced my first nannying job in Toronto. I was entrusted with the care of three delightful children aged 3, 7, and 8, and this role enriched my experience from a day-to-day perspective. During the last three years, I've passionately cared for two more children on a seasonal basis. They were just 1 and 3 years old when I began, making it a very enriching and rewarding experience. Meal preparation, indoor and outdoor play facilitation, cleaning, and shuttling children to and from activities were among my primary responsibilities. In each of my roles, I've fostered a safe and nurturing environment for children, from toddlers to pre-teens. Notably, I'm equipped to work with children with disabilities – a testament to my adaptability and understanding of diverse needs. In 2021, I successfully completed a Human Services course at NBCC, which has further honed my child care skills and understanding. In terms of my availability, I'm flexible and readily available throughout the week from morning till evening. I am prepared to take on different responsibilities such as cooking, light housekeeping, running errands, and more. I can comfortably manage dietary restrictions and am more than capable of helping with homework. I am also open to pet care tasks for families with furry friends. I started nannying four years ago for a family in Toronto, I had the responsibility of caring for three children, 3, 7 and 8.
