In a more personal level, I love food. I like to try new dishes and have passion in cooking. I also like to travel, explore new places, and meet new people. I prefer working with children as I have this privilege to influence and mentor them in various forms of learning. They are more curious and engaging than teenage students who are more reserved. I like to play with children and read stories to them. I am flexible, patient, and compassionate so handling challenging situations is not that hard for me.

I used to work for an organization as a support worker. I was assigned in different classes which I had to assist children and teenagers that had various and individual needs. Aside from that, I am a licensed teacher in my country with more than 3 years classroom teaching experience. I used to teach kindergarten students from 1- 6 years old using a specialized program. I performed the following duties and responsibilities in my former position as a classroom and online teacher both in kindergarten, primary school, and language center: • Taught one on one classes and group classes with 20- 30 students • Created lesson plans and classroom materials such as PowerPoint Slides, worksheets, flashcards, songs, videos, and other supporting materials • Conducted student assessment using different assessment tools • Performed appropriate methods in handling difficult students • Created reports about students’ progress and behaviors • Attended teacher’s training and faculty meeting • Used teaching software to deliver specialized educational programs
