I firmly believe that exposure to nature, free play, sports, music, and art help a child discover their strengths and develop their talents. Building resilience and teamwork skills are important to a child's happiness and success. Emotional regulation techniques and attunement to their body help to navigate and overcome a child's awareness of the challenges they may face in the world. I am a single, dedicated Acupuncturist, and enjoy cooking, classical music, volleyball, snowboarding, reading, learning new skills, and dancing in my spare time.

I am a Registered Acupuncturist and a seasoned camp counselor. I love helping children navigate their learning and independence. I'm the eldest of five children and have helped my family's childcare business Nature's Babies over the years.
