My name is Aranza, I’m 25 years old and I have a degree in Administration and Hospitality. I am a easy going person, organized and funny, i would like to be a wedding planner, my hobbies are running, pilates and yoga, spend time with family and hang out with my friends. Being the oldest sister, I have always loved taking care of kids and/or tutoring them in their homework. I have experience with infants, toddlers and as well as older kids. During the last year I’ve been Aupair in San Francisco, CA, taking care of tree kids, two girls of 3 and 5 years old and a boy of 7 years old. I used to help them to get ready for school, and lunches, drive them to school, picking up them, take them to activities, shower, and play with them after school. Personally think one of the most important thing in child care is the right balance between communication and children’s need, it needs a lot of empathy and understanding to get a child’s emotional need/issue. We are more prepared and set in our emotions, children are still learning this. I always liked to encourage my previous kids by giving them a safe space to express and feel safe. That made my work with them so much nicer.
