I have over 20 years of experience as a Physical Education Teacher, and during this time, I have utilized various approaches. I am confident in my ability to work effectively with the kids of any age. Additionally, my experience working with the kids in the school has taught me valuable skills such as active listening, observation, remaining calm in challenging situations, and avoiding judgment. These skills, including empathy, supportive communication (active listening and compassionate language), critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, analysis, and inspiration, would enable me to provide effective support to the kids.
