I'm a senior paraplegic who was recently advised by my doctor that due to my reduced capabilities and safety concerns that I now require a PSW to provide basic personal support. I'm not yet used to the change in my circumstances and when Mary assited me I felt extremely vulnerable and scared of falling. Mary on the other hand was extremely supportive and gentle in taking care of me. She provided for all of my doctor's instructions in a professional and empathetic manner. What I thought was amazing was Mary voluntered to do additional tasks in cleaning the surrounding area. She took the initiative and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm still working on accepting my need for assistance which is harder because I'm a stubborn old man. Mary is the best PSW I have experienced and I hope that she keeps me on as a patient. I can definitely state that I don't believe you will find a better PSW than Mary.
