Hello and thank you for taking your time to get to know me :) I am 27 years old, I live in Kanata with my boyfriend and his mom, and our 3 English bulldogs! My hobbies include dancing/choreographing, performing in local musicals, acrylic painting, learning the piano, writing and cleaning...yes cleaning is a hobby of mine. I like a really organized space, and since it fills me with joy, I totally consider this a friendly hobby - I clean houses as well as a side job. As mentioned, I am a dancer and actually teach with the City of Ottawa and some other studios around the city. Currently unemployed fulltime. I just left my job as general manager at Escape Manor. It was a tough decision as I truly loved this job, but internal reasoning effectively lead me to moving in a new direction - which is okay, because everything happens for a reason! There's nothing I love more than the sunshine. I can sit and absorb all the vitamins the sun has to offer day-in and day-out. Which leads me to my love for nature and adventure. I love to camp, hike, play volleyball and go boating. Anything that gets me in the sun and off my couch, sign me up :) I would love to go on and write a whole life story, but I know you have many applications to look through. Personal experience: I have an adorable niece who's 4 years old - I babysit her all the time and have her for sleepovers often. I encourage a health and well-balanced routine as directed by her mother as I believe in consistency for child development. I also raised my 3 youngest sisters - not an exaggeration as we had an unfortunate incident with our parents when we were young. So I do have lots of background young children and guardianship Professional Experience: I've been a dance teacher for over 6 years now. I teach ballet, jazz, tap, and more with a handful of studios around the city. I have also worked with children during employment at Pirate Life and Escape Manor. I also did co-op at a daycare when I was in high-school, and even studied a year of ECE in college - I just realized this wasn't the career I wanted, but it doesn't mean I don't absolutely love every chance I get to nurture and explore with children :)
