Hey there! I'm Ashleigh and I'm excited to tell you a little about myself. I've always had a passion for working with kids, and it's been a journey filled with so much joy and fulfilment. Starting with babysitting at 13, I'm into my third year of University, still finding immense happiness in caring for children. Currently, I'm working part time as an after-school care provider at a local community center. One of the most rewarding parts of my summers has been working closely with children with special needs, where I've learned the importance of patience, empathy, and adaptability. Life isn't just about work, right? When I'm not busy with school or working with kids, you'll often catch me in the kitchen whipping up delicious meals or pastries, or diving into crafting projects like crocheting or sewing. What sets me apart isa that fact that I bring genuine dedication to providing a safe, nurturing environment for your little ones. Since 2018 I have spent my summers working at a centre for children with special needs (autism, developmental delays, etc.) Through out the school year I work at a community centre as an After School Program Leader.
