Some other skills I possess include baking and helping to get the meals ready, and housekeeping, i.e., I can help with dishes, laundry, and keeping the child(ren)'s room(s) clean. I make sure to clean up afterwards and put things back the way they were or tidier then when I came. I do not mind with plants, indoor and outdoor plants or some weeding. I am not the kind of person to sit on a couch and while ' children; I love to interact and play with the children under my care. Correspondingly, I do not let the TV babysit the children I , but instead encourage outside play, reading, drawing, and crafting, puzzles etc. As mentioned above, I have worked with children aged newborn to thirteen years old, and I especially enjoy working with newborn-5-year-olds Thank you for reading this and giving me your time. (I do have a resume, If you wish to see it send me a message and I will share it)

I have known Marlene for a while, but have only recently started working with her. I worked last year in the summer (July3-24, 2015) as a children's leader. I had about ten kids under my care for four weeks as it was a four week music camp. I have also babysat her three kids ( ages 10 and 7 twins). I have also kept an eye out for her on her younger son who has autism. I made sure that he did not wonder off, took him to the bathroom, helped him to participate with other children, and to help him with what ever he need help with. Katrina was one of the volunteers that worked with me in running a 4 week, full day Music Theatre Camp for children between the ages of 5 and 12. I was so impressed with her natural ability to engage with children, successfully manage some challenging kids, and at the same time sincerely enjoy working with them. Since then she has looked after my own children on a few occasions and they love it when she is their babysitter. She comes up with creative activities to do with them, following their interests. I would highly recommend Katrina as a nanny. Marlene

I am currently with for Pastor Jordan at Pentecostal Church, I have been working with him for four years now. At I work with kids between the ages of 4-12 on Sunday two-three times a month. I have also babysat his two children (ages 2 and 6). "Katrina has a leadership role in our Children's Ministry at our church and occasionally babysits our 2 children(ages 6 & 2). Katrina is incredibly servant-hearted with a passion for kids that is incredible to see. I have seen her interacting extremely well with my own kids and children in our ministries we oversee. She's patient, loving and so gentle that they react very positively when she arrives, or while playing games or even when it comes to correction and transition times. Beyond her care for kids, she always lends a hand in our church when it comes to any set up and decoration that's needed for our summer camps or mid-week programs. She always is the last to be found still tidying up, cleaning or organizing, giving credit to our work ethic motto at our church "do to all things with excellence". I am honoured to recommend her to any potential job opportunity that's available. " Pastor Jordan
