I am a cheerful and optimistic individual who enjoys interacting with children, teaching them new skills and good behavior. I am open to tasks like toilet training, light gardening, cooking family meals, cleaning, and doing laundry. Being a healthy, loving, and mature woman who adores children, I yearn to utilize my life skills, which I have acquired by being a mother to four disabled children. I was a nanny yrs ago before I went to college in recreation therapy and the university taking some philosophy psych courses. I have yrs of experience of working with children as an instructor at ymca in Winnipeg abd teaching swimming for 13 yrs in thunder bay. I have had 4 children who all had learning disabilities and adhd. I raised them on my own and got help in setting up a proper education action program for them . All are successful adults today with good family interaction and success in their chosen work. They aĺ have healthy loving families but I live here and they love in Eastern Canada. So...I would love to be a nanny again and use my parenting skills and give your children love and stimulas to help them grow on a happy loving environment. I'm a happy positive person myself and I I have been successful in the positions 8 had on the past working with disabled children and also I'm an acute psych unit as recreation therapist. Now I'm retired but I find myself want to work with children again! II love infants and love to play games to teach children to read at an early age.to read using learning cards.i would have to make up some new ones for your children.
