Hello! My name is Ariel (yes, like the Disney princess), and I'm so excited to get to know you! I'm originally from Ontario, but moved to BC in 2020. I'm a welder by trade (just in my freetime for now), and I work at Pearl's Value & Vintage. Here's some fun highlights about me: 1. I love to laugh, spread joy, and encourage all forms of "silliness" 2. I have many hobbies, almost too many to count! I sing, hike, bike, dance, paint, crochet, read (adore reading out loud!), bake, decorate cakes, and more! 3. I have celiac disease so I am very familiar with dietary restrictions, cross contamination, and thorough ingredient research. 4. Avid gym goer! So I will have no problem running around with/after your little ones, or picking them up if they fall down <3 5. I have an old dog with epilepsy and chronic seizures. Though not the same as dealing with a child, I believe after 11 years of caring for him, that I've developed the ability to remain calm and focused during a crisis.

Babysitting was the very first job I got at the ripe young age of 11. Since then, I don't think a year has gone by where I didn't care for someone's children (at least for a night). In 2015 I was a nanny for two amazing girls (ages 3, and 6) for just over a year. I've since had multiple live-in nanny positions with children ranging in age from 1-12.
